Assessment Library

A curated set of tools I use in my coaching and advisory work with technology and business leaders.
Each tool is designed to do one thing well: create clarity. These are not theoretical models or templates that sit on a shelf. They are practical instruments that help leaders see what’s really happening, make better decisions, and change behaviors that matter.

Most leaders start with one or two tools that address what feels most pressing right now. The value comes from honest reflection, meaningful conversation, and intentional follow-through.

System Readiness  Diagnostics

Before changing how work is delivered, leaders need clarity on whether the system itself is ready.

Most PMO and delivery transformations fail not because teams can’t execute, but because leadership expectations, sponsorship, and operational reality are misaligned.
