​This is applied work, not general coaching
I work with CIOs and senior technology leaders, and also with other executives navigating similar high-stakes moments. The work is centered on the situations you're navigating right now and how you show up in those moments. 

When leaders reach out
Most of the leaders I work with are dealing with something specific.
  • You’re preparing for a CIO interview or finalist conversation
  • You’ve stepped into a larger role and need to establish credibility quickly
  • You’re not being seen at the level you believe you’re operating
  • You’re navigating tension with executive peers or stakeholders
  • You’re leading a major initiative where alignment and perception matter as much as execution
If one of those sounds familiar, that’s usually where the work starts.

What we actually work on
We don’t work from theory.
We work from what you’re dealing with.
That typically includes:
  • Pressure-testing your thinking before high-stakes conversations
  • Strengthening how you frame and hold your position with senior leaders
  • Identifying where your leadership is landing clearly and where it’s not
  • Working through how you show up in key interactions
  • Building clarity so you don’t adjust under pressure
This is direct, focused work tied to real situations.

How it works
Engagements are one-on-one and centered on what you’re navigating in real time.
  • Typically bi-weekly sessions
  • Focused on upcoming decisions, conversations, and leadership moments
  • Flexible based on what you need
There’s no rigid structure. The work follows what matters.

​Most engagements are built around a specific challenge or transition rather than open-ended support.


A different way to start
Some leaders don’t start here.
They start by working through one of the readiness programs first.
That gives them a clearer view of where they are and where to focus.

About my background
I spent 25 years as a CIO across multiple industries and have been recognized as CIO of the Year three times.
I’ve been in the room for the decisions most leaders are trying to prepare for.
Today, I focus on helping leaders navigate those same moments with clarity and confidence.
